(1) If you can open the Acrobat files, but cannot print what you want, try printing only one or two pages at a time. These files are quite large and your printer may not have enough memory to store the entire file at once. (2) If you have Adobe Acrobat reader on your computer, but you cannot open the files, you might need to download a more recent version of Acrobat (you'll probably have to do this to view other files on the web anyway). Adobe Acrobat reader can be downloaded at no charge from their web site: http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html. (3) If you cannot open an attachment that has been sent to you by email. Look at the name of the attachment to determine what program was used to create the file. Save the attachment to your hard drive (remember where on the hard drive you save it). Open the program used to create the file, assuming you have it. From that program, open the copy of the attachment that you saved to your hard drive. (4) If you cannot access a sub page of our web site. Try refreshing the page with the link (click on "back" to get to the page with the link you are trying to access; click on "refresh," try the link again). (Last
